In her management role, she was responsible for overseeing staff assignments, recruitment, training, and ensuring high-quality care standards, while developing and implementing policies and procedures that improved overall efficiency.  

For the past 4 years, Hannah has successfully transitioned into the laundry industry as the Chief Encouragement Officer in her personally owned chain of laundries, Wash Bar. In this capacity, she has been responsible for hiring, firing, employee training, and performance management, while also leading operational improvements in the Wash and Fold service, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency. Her ability to streamline processes, optimize staffing, and create a positive work environment has been key to the business's growth and success.
